Welcome! I'm Minwoo Seong. I started my academic path with Mechanical Engineering in my undergrad years, sparking my interest in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). This curiosity drove me to study HCI further in my Master's and Ph.D., where I've been working on technologies designed to improve how we experience the world, all from a user-focused viewpoint.

I'm excited about creating Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems that focus on people and expanding how we experience music and sports with Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). A big part of my work is about using wearable sensors to collect a lot of data from people. This data is crucial for the AI systems I develop, which help give feedback to users, both in the real world and in virtual spaces. I aim to make the boundaries between technology and human experiences less distinct, leading to new and captivating ways for people to interact with technology.

For more in-depth information about my projects and writings, feel free to visit my personal website. You'll also find areas on my homepage that show what I research and what I enjoy doing in my free time. Feel free to look around, and I hope you find something interesting and fun.
